Cancellations made 30 or more days before the travel date: 100% refund (minus applicable transaction fees).
Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: no refund.
To cancel a booking, please contact us via email at booking@maidanatour.com or call +91 88004 21939. Include your booking reference number for faster processing.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. International payments may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Need to change your travel dates? We offer one free date modification per booking if requested at least 14 days before departure. Subsequent changes may incur a nominal fee. Contact our support team for assistance.
